Returns & Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Our made-to-order jewellery is produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales of made-to-order items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
By placing an order for a made-to-order piece, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nimdesign.eu so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Right of Withdrawal – Made-to-Order Items
Under EU consumer law, custom or made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. This means these items cannot be returned because the customer has changed their mind.
Standard Products (Non–Made-to-Order)
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the EU right of withdrawal. Returned items must be:
- unused
- complete
- in their original condition
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time frame at info@nimdesign.eu. We will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms acceptance of this Returns & Refund Policy, including the conditions for made-to-order and standard products as defined above.
